See a problem on the land or sea? Send an alert with the Reef Report app! Reef Report is a mobile app published by the Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality (BECQ) and the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation (CUC). The app can be used across the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands to report on problems you see on your reef or on land, including: Dumping trash on beaches Other littering Sediment discharge Spills of toxic substances Coral bleaching Breaking and taking coral Crown-of-thorns starfish outbreaks Open sewage or sewer problems Illegal use or sale of pesticides Unexploded ordnance Driving or parking on the beach Vandalism or illegal burning Unpermitted digging or construction Constructing on wetlands, near the shoreline Power, water, and sewer issues (CUC) And more! If you see any of the above, use the app to snap a photo of the problem, map your location, and tell CRM or CUC what you see.
